What we collect
- Newsletter. If you subscribe, you give your email address to Beehiiv, the service that sends our newsletter. Beehiiv stores your address and may record whether you open emails or click links. We use this only to send the newsletter and understand what readers find useful. We never sell your email address.
- Hosting logs. Our host, Vercel, processes basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to serve and secure the site.
- Analytics. We don't currently run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site. If that changes, we'll update this page first.
Cookies
crowdknew.com doesn't set cookies for tracking or advertising. Beehiiv's subscribe pages, and other sites we link to (such as Polymarket and X), are governed by their own cookie and privacy policies.
Links and affiliate links
Some links to other sites may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you sign up or deposit there. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep data
We keep your newsletter subscription until you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can email hello@crowdknew.com, or message @CrowdKnew on X to be removed.
Your rights (including EU/UK)
Depending on where you live, including under the EU and UK GDPR and California law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Our legal basis for sending the newsletter is your consent. To use any of these rights, email hello@crowdknew.com, or message @CrowdKnew on X. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. Our service providers may process data in the United States.
Children
This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from children.

Everything on CrowdKnew is for information and entertainment only. It is not financial, investment, or betting advice. Market prices reflect what traders are willing to pay, not certainties. CrowdKnew is not affiliated with Polymarket or Kalshi.
